Deskatrie is a creative studio founded in Bordeaux, France, by architect and ceramic artist Kateryna Bokatova Vincent. Its practice explores objects through a sensitive approach, where poetry, memory, and subtle irony meet clean forms and the geometric rigor of architecture.

Kateryna began working with ceramics in 2021, exploring clay intuitively and discovering its narrative potential. Clay became a language in itself — one that records gestures, intentions, and memories.

Ukrainian roots, childhood, travel, and vernacular forms run through her work without belonging to a single territory. A constant attention to lines, proportions, and structure brings balance between strength and fragility.

Through Deskatrie, Kateryna creates functional and contemplative objects. Each piece becomes a fragment of a story, suspended between intimate memory and open imagination.
